Matsuura MX-520

This five axis mill allows us to do projects with complex profiles and features with high surface finish requirements that can only be achieved with simultaneous five axis motions. The new technology will also allow us to both shorten cycle times and increase quality by greatly reducing the number of setups required, and therefore the possibility of setup errors. The unit also has the capability to complete a part inspection and create a quality conformance document for the customer if requested.

Okuma LB3000 EX II CNC Lathe

This lathe offers both a traditional 12” three jaw chuck for versatility as well as a collet chuck that allows us to take full advantage of the machine’s speed and accuracy for parts from semi-finished stock. The live tooling allows us to eliminate secondary mill operations in many cases, further increasing the efficiency of this machine. With the option of a bar feeder, it can also handle large quantities of parts with ease.

Stanko Manual Lathe

The Manual Lathe that we offer has the capacity to facilitate any large or heavy turning work. Built in Europe, this lathe is built heavy duty from the ground up to offer the rigidity and capacity to tackle large diameter, heavy weight or long workpieces that require these features. The lathe is placed so that we can easily load pieces through the spindle up to 20’ in length. The ergonomic controls allow us to efficiently remove steel from large components, while still maintaining the accuracy required in these large applications.

Manual Knee Mill

Adding to the versatility of our facility, the manual mill offers the flexibility to work on most awkward, long components with ease. The universal head also gives us the ability to add angular features to components very cost effectively. The digital readout further increases usability and accuracy to ensure the quality of the components that have been manufactured.
